« A dreamy harvest » with grapes in exceptional disease-free state composed of little berries harvested with a sunny climate. The harvest of the Merlots began the 30th of September followed by the Cabernets the 13th and 14th of October.
The alcoholic fermentations under mastered temperature control allowed this vintage to have a lovely balance between alcohol and acidity.
A deep hue with cherry tints and garnet glints. An intense nose with notes of spices and plum.
A dense and fleshy wine on the palate with a good structure, lovely fruit and a beautiful aromatic persistence.
This will, therefore, be a vintage for ageing.
