No skin maceration, immediate extraction of juices away from oxygen, and rapid fermentation at low temperature to preserve the aromas.
Tasting Notes
A very pale pink color with crystalline highlights for this fruity wine with aromas of yellow and white fruits. A fresh wine rich on the palate with a long, pleasant, and tangy finish.
