Sustainable agriculture
Grape varieties
Old vines (55 years old) of Sauvignon Blanc and Gris (45%), Sémillon (40%), Muscadelle (15%).
Vinification and aging
Skin maceration (lightly crushed grapes placed in contact with their juice) is performed during vatting to optimally extract the aromas and develop a full bodied palate. Aged on fine lees for 2 months with stirring (resuspension of the lees) to enhance the aromas and increase the wine’s structure and roundness.
Tasting note
It is the significant presence of Muscadelle that gives this wine its charm.
Harmonious palate with a supple and elegant attack. Silky on the palate, with a beautiful balance between liveliness and rich body. Long and fruity finish.
