A newcomer for 2014 : Puyfromage Rosé.
Small winebatch collected from plots selected for their freshness and their fruit. Elaborated at low temperature (fermentation at 18°C) in order to preserve all the freshness.
This wine brings together the energy of a rosé and the mellowness of the grapes from the clay-limestone soil.
Nose dominated with aromas of peaches and exotic fruits; fruity mouth, supple and silky, developing citrus notes with freshness.
Deep ruby color with bright tint. Nose of a good concentration of ripe red and black fruit with a touch of liquorice. Round and harmonious palate with generous tannic structure and lovely long-lasting aromas. Ample, supple and silky wine with a long finish.
