The Cabernet sauvignon is a late-ripening grape variety that produces very scented wines that are rich in tannins. It gives to wines their vigour and firmness. It composes wines with a long ageing potential, that at term we obtain typical Bordeaux wines through their bouquet, their richness, their complexity and their harmony.
